These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between CVC Pro Detailing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") who submits a booking request, engages our services, or accesses our website. By submitting a booking request or checking the agreement box during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Acceptance of Terms

By checking the agreement box and submitting your information through our online booking form, you expressly agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement is legally binding and constitutes the entire agreement between you and CVC Pro Detailing with respect to the services provided.

Important: No verbal representations, promises, or assurances made by any employee or representative of CVC Pro Detailing shall modify or supersede these written terms.

Vehicle Condition & Customer Disclosure

CVC Pro Detailing takes great care in selecting products appropriate for each vehicle. However, the safety and compatibility of detailing products depends heavily on the specifications, condition, and materials of your vehicle. You are responsible for accurately disclosing all relevant information about your vehicle prior to service, including but not limited to:

Make, model, and year of the vehicle
Type of paint finish (e.g., matte, satin, ceramic-coated, wrapped, or custom paint)
Any prior paint correction, aftermarket coatings, or protective films applied
Known sensitivities, damage, or conditions of interior materials (leather, suede, Alcantara, etc.)
Any modifications that may affect product compatibility

CVC Pro Detailing shall not be held liable for any damage, discoloration, peeling, fading, scratching, or any other adverse outcome that results from our use of products selected based on inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Customer. By submitting your booking, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Pre-Existing Damage & Vehicle Documentation

Prior to beginning any detailing service, CVC Pro Detailing will photograph your vehicle to document its condition, including any pre-existing scratches, dents, chips, stains, or other damage. These photographs serve as an official record of the vehicle's condition before service begins.

Photographs will be taken of the vehicle exterior and interior before and after service
License plates will not be photographed and will be physically covered or obscured in all photographs taken during service
Photos may be used internally for quality assurance and dispute resolution
Photos may be used in before-and-after marketing materials unless you opt out in writing prior to service

CVC Pro Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage discovered during or after service. If damage is noted prior to service, it will be documented and the Customer will be informed.

Pricing & Payment

All prices for services are as listed on our website at the time of booking. By selecting a service and submitting your booking, you acknowledge the listed price and agree to pay that amount in full on the day of service, with no exceptions.

Payment is due in full on the day service is rendered, prior to or upon completion
The price displayed on the website at the time of your booking confirmation is the price locked in for that appointment
CVC Pro Detailing does not offer payment plans, deferred billing, or invoicing unless explicitly authorized in writing by Erik Swanson, Owner
No verbal discount agreements or payment arrangements made by any employee shall be valid without written authorization from Erik Swanson

Deals, Promotions & Discounts

CVC Pro Detailing may offer promotional pricing, limited-time deals, or package discounts from time to time. The following terms govern the application of any promotional pricing:

All active promotions will be listed on the official booking website. Promotions not listed on the website are not valid and will not be honored
To receive a promotional price, the Customer must select the applicable deal during the booking process. Promotional prices cannot be applied retroactively
CVC Pro Detailing does not offer senior discounts of any kind
First responder discounts of up to 15% off are available to active or retired law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics. Valid first responder identification must be presented at the time of service
Military and veteran discounts of up to 15% off are available. A valid military ID (CAC card, DD-214, or equivalent) must be presented at the time of service. Discounts will not be applied without valid identification
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated in writing by Erik Swanson

Refund Policy
CVC Pro Detailing maintains a strict no-refund policy. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances except as explicitly authorized in writing by Erik Swanson, Owner of CVC Pro Detailing
Refunds, if authorized, are only available for services performed by an employee of CVC Pro Detailing — not for services performed personally by Erik Swanson
Dissatisfaction with results does not automatically qualify for a refund. Contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concern at no additional charge, at our sole discretion
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee at the discretion of CVC Pro Detailing
No-shows forfeit any deposits or pre-payments made

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CVC Pro Detailing and its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for:

Any damage arising from use of products selected based on inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information provided by the Customer
Pre-existing damage to the vehicle identified during the service process
Damage caused by defects in the vehicle's paint, finish, or materials that were not disclosed prior to service
Loss of use, diminution in value, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any third-party claims related to the condition of the vehicle before, during, or after service

The total liability of CVC Pro Detailing to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Data Privacy & Security

By submitting a booking request, you provide CVC Pro Detailing with personal information including your name, address, phone number, email address, and vehicle information. We collect this information solely for the purpose of scheduling and performing detailing services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
We take reasonable and commercially appropriate measures to protect your personal information
No method of data transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. CVC Pro Detailing cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or breach that occurs despite our reasonable security measures
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting erikswanson.cvc@gmail.com

Photography & Marketing

CVC Pro Detailing photographs vehicles before and after each service for quality assurance and documentation purposes. License plates will not be photographed and will be physically covered or obscured in all photographs taken during the course of service.

Before-and-after photographs may be used in our marketing materials, website, and social media unless the Customer provides written opt-out notification prior to service commencement. Opting out will not affect the quality or availability of service.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability as shown on our booking website. CVC Pro Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicle access at the scheduled time and location
CVC Pro Detailing is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control
We reserve the right to refuse service to any Customer at our sole discretion

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado.

Changes to Terms

CVC Pro Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website at cvcdetailing.com/terms. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

By checking the agreement box and submitting a booking request through CVC Pro Detailing, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Service in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
